NGRC_Rices_Build1.0
NGRC_Rices is a database that provides information of SNPs and InDels between Oryza sativa L. cv. Nipponbare and Omachi, Yamadanishiki, Gohyakumangoku, Kameji, Koshihikari, Norin8 and Moroberekan genomes. We integrated the physical positions of each cultivar sequence, including SNP and InDel information, into the Os-Nipponbare-Reference-IRGSP-1.0 (IRGSP1.0)
(http://rapdb.dna.affrc.go.jp/download/irgsp1.html) in GBrowse, which is customized and maintained by the NODAI Genome Research Center (NGRC), Tokyo University of Agriculture.
